We Are Ikusasalentsha Organization

IkusasaLentsha NPO is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering learners in rural areas through education and development programs. Founded in October 2020 by Ms. Nomfundo Nkosi, the organization is based in Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, and focuses on helping young people achieve their academic and professional goals. Our mission is to bridge the gap in education by providing career guidance, university application support, and literacy programs. We also address key social challenges through initiatives like the Sanitary Pads Campaign and Agri-Aid Program, ensuring that learners have the necessary resources to succeed. IkusasaLentsha was honored with the ‘Program of the Year’ award in 2022 by DUT and Nova for its outstanding impact in education. Through partnerships, mentorship, and community engagement, we continue to inspire and support the next generation of professionals, creating a brighter future for South African youth.
