Mukelani is a dedicated advocate for social change and an alumnus of Durban University of Technology, where he graduated with a degree in Electrical Power Engineering. As a co-founder of IkusasaLentsha, a non-profit organization committed to empowering underrepresented communities, Mukelani has been instrumental in promoting and growing the organization. He has served as secretary for 3 years, where he developed key programs aimed at enhancing education and access to resources. In 2025, he is appointed as Project Coordinator, where he leads initiatives that address critical community needs and inspire future leaders.
