Londiwe Mthabela is a dedicated Project Officer of the IKusasalentsha NPO, where she spearheads initiatives empowering youth, particularly in underserved communities. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy at the University of Zululand, Londiwe is passionate about bridging knowledge gaps and creating opportunities for learners. Her work focuses on career guidance, university application support, and leading the sanitary pads campaign. With a personal understanding of the challenges faced by resource-constrained students, Londiwe is committed to making a tangible difference. She joined IKusasalentsha in 2025 and was appointed Projects Officer in January this year.
